Village Office Perumbaikadu Kottayam — I didn't get my land possession certificate even after four weeks

I m tijin dayi, karipal house kumaranallor p. O kottayam, kerala. I have applied for land possession certificate (Pv 108/2019) at village office perumbaikadu. I have gone for five-six times to village office perumbaikadu right know. Today (23/03/2019) also i have gone there. They are always saying some flimsy reason for getting cash from us for sanction. There is a person his name is gopakumar.
I think gopakumar is the assistant village officer perumbaikadu. He is the most corrupted officer in that village office. Please take necessary action against perumbaikadu village office and the person named
