Vin Google — Unauthorized transaction

I have account in icici bank.Yesterday Rs . 5000 was debited without my permission.I need my money back.
Why they debited without my permission? Without my pin or otp how they can debit?
It came that it was debited for VIN GOOGLE. There are many complaints like this.
