Vinay — parcel not received yet and no update .

I bought this small TV box from aliexpress . Less then 3k .

From Singapore to India it was sent on 1/7/2019. And reached here in India 4/7/2019.

Since then there is no news or update on it. I also have not got mail course or letter from customer neither have got my parcels .

Please help to get my package . There is no way I can reach them out
