Vinayaka University — Main certificate not received

Respected sir/madam,
I am debnarayan de, one of your famous institute student of bca (Bachelor of computer application) under distance education program from one of your study centre n. C. T. T institute, jhargram, west bengal, institute code no.- wb007. I want to inform you that i got enrolled at n. C. T. T institute under program bca (Bachelor of computer application), my course registration no.[protected], date of birth - 31/05/1986 & i has been completed said course in the year february 2012. I received provisional certificate & mark sheet from institute but i have not received main certificate till now. I contact to my institute (N. C. T. T) head but i am not getting positive response from their side, they only reply that we have send papers to vinayak mission university and they are not responding. Last time they are inform me download con-vocational form from vinayak mission university institute website & one demand draft rs. 1025/- payable to vinayak mission university, salem & necessary papers as per form declaration send to institute address. As per form declaration i am already send all necessary papers and demand draft rs. 1025/-. So i personally request you please look into the matter and send my main certificate of bca passed to my personal address - debnarayan de, s/o-ram ranjan de, vill-garkamalpur, p. O+p. S - mahishadal, dist - purba medinipur, sub. Div.- haldia, state - west bengal, pin code - 721628, contact no - [protected] / [protected], e — mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com, address as early as possible i am working in a private concern, my office management issued me a letter dated 20.09.2016 for submit main bca passing certificate within 45 days. If i failed to submit the certificate they are taken step against me. So sir i heartily request to you please send my main certificate of bca passing in my said address positively.
