Vip Shaadi.com — Overpriced Membership & Poor Services

This is regarding the VIP Shaadi.com, pathetic services, and no clear communication. I have raised multiple concerns, none of the issues have been resolved. I have paid 30K for 4 months and I haven't received one profile from the VIP subscription, There has been no added advantage for having an assigned consultant, poor communication, and no timely assistance.
I am attaching the latest mail draft that was sent, I was given multiple assurances that these issues will be resolved at the earliest. I have raised these concerns from the month of June, still, there is no action taken

I have been patiently listing out the concerns, talking to the executives, who just keep giving fake assurances and take no action on the mentioned concerns.
The services you are offering says VIP Subscription, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ADDED BENEFIT FOR ENROLLING ON THIS PLAN.

Consultant
My VIP consultant Girshma Gujar calls once in a week, just to tell me that there are no responses from the profiles which were shortlisted
There is no other communication whatsoever. My profiles are sent at the end of the week, in spite of no responses from the prospective profiles there are no new profiles sent.
I haven't connected with one profile through the VIP consultant so far
All the profiles that I have connected so far, are the ones, I have sent the requests or received the requests from.
For this pathetic service, I am paying a huge amount, which I could have easily managed on the premium membership myself.

VIP App
There is a bug in the app, which is not been addressed in spite of mentioning it multiple times.
If I receive a request and I am accepting it, the app shows it the other way round that my request has been accepted by the person.
The deleted profiles are still visible on the app
It displays incorrect information about the ongoing conversations.

Before enrolling for the VIP services, I was a premium member on Shaadi. I was told that I would receive a refund for the payment done on the premium membership
I had to follow up for almost a month or more with Ayub Shaikh for getting the refund. Every time I asked for an update they said the refund is processed it's pending with my bank
a. They never shared any transaction ID
b. There were no detail shared, date, and time regarding when this transaction was done
I checked with my bank as well, they mentioned there is no such pending transaction. I received that amount only after more than a month,
So all this while the team that never processed the refund in the first place.
This was my initial experience as soon as I enrolled with VIP Shaadi.

I was speaking to some executives before enrolling and after I enrolled my consultant was changed, somebody who was not aware of my requirement and who didn't take any effort in knowing the profile, their background, etc. So profiles that were sent then, didn't match my requirements
I had to change the consultant. Time wasted, no quick turnaround of profiles!

I am attaching all the communications so far that I have received, not once has any of these concerns been resolved. I am going ahead to lodge an official complaint with the consumer court for overpriced, pathetic services on VIP Shaadi
I spoke to Kiran Das last week, she mentioned my consultant will reach out in 24 to 48 hours, nobody has reached out and there has been no resolution on any of the concerns. I
am not at all interested in continuing with these horrible services, I NEED A REFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT PAID. I spoke to her for almost an hour and told her everything that is mentioned in the email above, and also in the attachments with this mail. I was waiting for a response or some update, instead of an auto-generated email and nothing else.

So do the needful and give me a real-time estimate by when the refund will initiate, I am waiting till EOD today and will be sending a notice to post that.
