This is regarding the VIP Shaadi.com, pathetic services, and no clear communication. I have raised multiple concerns, none of the issues have been resolved. I have paid 30K for 4 months and I haven't received one profile from the VIP subscription, There has been no added advantage for having an assigned consultant, poor communication, and no timely assistance.

Vipshaadi.com, this is fraud. It does not have a separate data base from regular shaadi.com (http://Shaadi.com). after a fantastic sales pitch, the consultant will send 2–3 profiles from the same database, which the customer can access as an unpaid member!

After that, they make up profiles and send it to the vip customer’s phone on the vip app. When checking up on the profiles on the shaadi.com, the customer will see the...

They pestered me to sign up with promises that was unfulfilled. They found matches that you could never get in touch with! Lots of matches, but these were profiles that seemed good but never reachable. Not a single introduction was made.
I paid with paypal and will shortly ask for my money back!
So all those out there please heed my advice and don’t fall in the same trap....
