[Resolved]  VIP — VIP Skybag trolley warranty service

I have purchased a Skybags trolley bag from Bigbazar, Hyderabad on August, 2012. It has a 3 years international warranty. I called the German customer service number ([protected]) provided in the warranty card and they told me to contact VIP customer service via email ([protected]@vipbags.com; [protected]@vipbags.com) to have further details on the warranty service in Germany. I have problem with this trolley bag. I hardly used it since I purchased, but within 1 or 2 times o[censored]se the handle was broken and also the tires are badly damaged in such a way that I can not use it again. I wanted to have it repaired or replaced under warranty and contacted the customer service on the above email addresses given by the operator on the given phone number mentioned above. A lady from the vipbags customer service contacted me back asking for pictures of the damaged parts of the bag. I sent detailed photographs of the damaged parts on the bag and I had put the above 2 email addresses in CC of that email. It's been 6 months since contacted me for the pictures and I didn't get any response from her and not even from the other customer service representatives. I contacted again in March, 2014 asking for any update. Again, no reply. I am a student and currently I am studying in Germany and I am not able to take any legal action. So, I request you to help me in this regard. Thank you, Dhanunjaya rao Kodi.

I have the exact same issue ! !I'm Swathi Rajanna from Bangalore, India but currently residing in Frankfurt, Germany. I purchased a Skybag on 21.09.2014 in VIP Lounge, R J Arcade, Ground floor, 1029/41, 100ft ring road, 9th block, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041.

However the trolley handle broke within 2 months and I'm really disappointed. Such poor quality is least expected from Skybags. I was so adamant about buying Skybags but unfortunately it was the worst choice. Below are the details of the model. Kindly let me know the process to get service/exchange and the contact information too here in Frankfurt, Germany.

Since Nov 1st, nobody has contacted me ! Worst choice ever - Skybags !
As I received a reply from people at futuregroup.in, I have contacted them. I have explained them everything with all the details they have asked and after a couple of emails between me and them. The people from futuregroup have asked the customer service guys at vipbags.com to resolve the issue. After a long time the vipbags guys realised that I still exists and came up with a wonderful solution. They said that they will send the spare parts via post and I have to fix them!!! I have no options left and I had to agree for that. Since then there is no response from them and my issue still not cleared by anybody. Its been more than 3 months since the vipbags guys contacted me with their solution but any action hasn't been taken by them yet. I contacted them again in October, this time vipbags.com with a CC to futuregroup.in, no response yet.

I lost my hope and I dont think anybody is going to help us resolve the problem. Its better we throw the bags and purchase a new one. THIS TIME NOT FROM VIP OR SKYBAGS.

I have purchased large skybags trolley bag yesterday from pune D mart the luck was not working properly . when I have contacted the seller ...he is not responding properly ... after contacted so many times . new he told me our mechanic will come and resolve the issue ..

Sorry to hear that skumarram. I would say.. That you better forget about the bags. There ain't gonna resolve the issue. Use the bags as long as you can and better throw them. That's the only option left. They simply don't care even though you have a warranty. Don't waste your time like me trying to get a reply or some service. Good luck.
I have the exact same issue, I am Ramachandran.From Vishakapatnam, India but currently I am residing in Akshay Building, Room No. 102, Maheswari Nagar, Kondivitta Road. Andheri ( E), Mumbai . I purchased a Skybag on 29/07/2015 From Big Bazar, Vishakapatnam, But Dealers Stamp showing Future Value Retail, Vizag.

However the trolley's One of the 360 degree wheel is brocken within 4 months and and Locking systems also not working . I'm really disappointed. Such a poor quality is least expected from Skybags.
