Dear VIP Team,
I had purchased a Carlton Bag at VIP outlet in Mysore, Karnataka and I moved to Netherlands to work purpose and during my transit to the TSO lock is broken and when I reached out for international warranty assistance, I have no updates this so far.
But unfortunately, the team has send a new bag to my INDIA address and what I am gonna do with the broken bag in a different country ? and how will I travel using the same. If you have assistance of "PROVIDING INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY" Please advise the same to the customers while selling it saying warranty is supported in only Home country and "NO INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY"
It's two month I have been following up over [protected]@ [protected]@vipbags.com and there is only response saying we are looking into the issue with concerned department.

    VI P suitcases costing Rs 8000 and above are trimmed with faux leather to make them look better. However this disintegrated with time.
    There is no way of replacing it and the company says it cannot be repaired.
    The rest of the bag is I. Good condition but cannot be used as it looks very shabby.

    Wastage of personal money and creation of global garbage due to company using sub standard material.

      We have bought the vip bags as on 21.11.2021 for rs 6311.18 from their store in elante and they gave us the offer that on purchase of rs. 6000 or above one night stay in five star hotel is allowed. but the company is not responsive in not their offer as when i have fill out the details the company site is not responsive. i have made many mails and phone calls and they said that it cannot be done from company end . and also it gets not done from our side. then how it is possible to claim the offer. It leads to unnecessary wastage of time in filling again and again the details and calling their staff members for guiding. but in reality in think that the offer only is to fool the customers and increase their sales. customer in need of bags will buy the bag . Why the comapny is making the wrong offer and made him mentally disturbed by wasting the time for filling form online

              Hello,
              I bought a Hello Holidays Cabin Bag exactly 1 year back from VISHAL MART, RED LIGHT CROSSING, MAHIPALPUR NEW DELHI 110037,
              Few days back bag's chain was torn, so on 23rd August I went to get it fixed at Vishal Mega Mart mentioned above from where it was purchased,
              They said it'll take maximum 7 days to get it fixed or or they will replace the bag,
              Today when I went to the store to get the fixed bag or the new one they said yesterday only they've sent the bag for repair ! What is the point of me to wait for this long ! Bag was at the store only for 6 days !

              I'm a flight attendant and the bag is everyday need for me, I've already travelled 7 days without it, and now because of the carelessness of VIP Service I'm suffering more !

              I hope that the Customer Service will step into the matter and resolve it soon as possible.

                I would like to inform you that I have received the wrong product. I had ordered an Intern 2 Bag and have received Yolo. There are significant design and price differences between the two. In spite of calling the customer care, emails, whatsapp, I have received no response from your side. Your customer service says they will forward my email to the Concern Department, after which I receive no reply from the "Concern Department". I have trying to send back the wrong product the receive the product which I ordered since 7th July now.

                        It is a recent purchase. Haven't been used a single time. It was kept unused after purchase, but while recently when used for packing found a crack which is shown in photo. I assure you that it is not a case of abuse as the trolley bag has not been used even once which can be verified also. This is a serious product issue from reputed brand like VIP.
                        Product comes with a 5 yr warranty and crack developed within 2 months only.
                        Request you to please approve the warranty replacement as soon as possible.

                            We have bought 2 new aristocrat trolley bag from India's well reputed and selling product of VIP (Large and mid-size) from your authorised center big bazar on 7th February, 2018 for 5000 & 4000 respectively which is duly covered under 5 years international warranty.

                            While purchasing bag of your prestige brand it was clearly inspected by your authorised person. I have a one question that while delivering any goods are your authorised persons doing proper investigation??? If yes, then request you to kindly take serious action against those persons for not doing proper quality check before selling product.

                            While purchasing bags from big bazar vip authorised person told to keep warranty card & can get warranty service either repair or replacement free of cost for 5 years. If VIP can't provide a proper service that why it is doing fake promise of 5 years within 3 years it is unable to provide service. It's been more than 15days I have submitted my bag for replacement since it is covered under shell crack replacement. While purchasing I have paid 4000 for this bag then now today if you're unable to provide replacement then atleast have a courtesy to provide credit note of same value else what's the use of purchasing bag of goodwill enjoying company like VIP? We would have bought from local market and wouldn't have any regret. By paying so much of the amount and not getting a quality is worst ever service we as a customer can expect from esteemed company like VIP.

                              I had purchased aristocrat bag with 5years warranty from reliance market at vesu, surat on dated 25.12.2018, but during my frist time use this bag cloth escalated from nearest stitches, i was complaint for the same, aristocrat company repairs the same area as useless quality. Such type of repair not accepted.

                                  Hi, good evening. My name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. I had purchased a vip (Aristocrat pull-man bag) on 26-sep-2018 and since then had to take it for fixing the handle 3 times already.

                                  As again i had the same issue and called the showroom at somajiguda, hyderabad where we had given to fix the handle, we were told that the shop is closed and had to call the store/ shop at parklane (Patny, hyderabad).

                                  The person when called was rude and he said that i could drop the bag next monday and may be pick it up after 4-5 days and didn't want to listen to my complaint properly also.

                                  That said, i am really fed up with the kind of service that has been done on the bag. Even after 3 times it is the same problem, which i feel is a problem with the person who is doing the service and does vip expect me to keep fixing the same thing again and again for the next 5 years till i run out of the warranty?

                                  Also, the moment i take it to the airport it gets broken and i had to struggle each time to get it back home on my return, which is really sad to note. I purchased this bag because of vip brand and now i feel that i made a big blunder of purchasing a bag from vip.

                                  As soon as vip industries i guess got the bag amount from me (When i purchased it), i think your company is not worried about the after sales service and then why do you have to cheat me by stating that there is a 5 years warranty on the bag and also, was told that if this happens more than 1-2 times, the bag would be replaced, which has never happened but over and above the person from parklane stores talked in a rude way.

                                  It is so sad that vip seems to only chase money and wanted to ill-treat and provide very poor service to the customers as the company seems to feel that they have got the brand name spread across india.

                                  I not only wanted some action against this person to be taken (As he didn't even tell me his name) but also i wanted the bag to be replaced as i cannot keep fixing the bag every 2-3 months.

                                    This bag is tear of from the backside of stichting.
                                    Bag is under warranty. I had submitted the bag in your franchise outlet in little world mall kharghar navi mumbai 410210.
                                    After 10 days followup and multiple visit, franchise has told me that company cannot not replace the bag.
                                    We are in process of repare the same.
                                    But as per my point of view this is not repair able..
                                    I also submitted the concern on your sight. But no response till date.
                                    May be, my this mail also ignored by you.. But i shown my concern...

                                    What is use of buying the brand at premium price...

                                      I purchased a skybag strolley from BigBazar Serampore WestBengal on 10/04/19. On my first trip while leaving home the handle tore on 15/04/19, I had to move around the entire trip without the support of the handle which was a tremendous harassment. Upon returning I deposited my bag for replacement as I experienced a lot of trouble due to the manufacturing quality of the bag. I would like to request the VIP customer care to replace it at the earliest as I need to leave for another trip next week. Ref no is 85506.

                                        I got vip skybag bag from vip oscar mumbai.
                                        They said the bag had 5 years warranty.
                                        On my return to india i noticed my bag is danaged with scratches due to improper handling by airport authorities.
                                        I ws never told that i had to claim at airport.
                                        I told the shopkeeper and he says we will check with company
                                        Its been 15 days and he says company said no to replace bag.
                                        If so then what is the use of warranty???
                                        If yes then why shopkeeper / company takes soo many days?? Its time for me to go back to usa and i still dont have my bag.
                                        Or the company promised to replace the bag but the shopkeeper is playing games??
                                        What should i assume as a customer??
                                        I do not trust vip anymore though i am using it since last 25 yrs now.

                                          It's about one and half months when I purchased a VIP trolley bag. I didn't used use it for one month. But after one I took that bag in my journey to my home.
                                          Within that journey one wheel of my bag broke. So I request the company to give the service as soon as possible because I am facing many difficulties.

                                            I had purchased a bag pack from VIP store bill no. NA9S18/76 dt.15/04/2018 .. within a week the back is torn out from upper side. I raised a service complaint Ref no. 23421 dtd 31/07/2018. The company service replied to repair the bag for which I am not ready, for repairing I have to deposit bag and after repair it will lost its originality . Why should I got it repaired . I paid the amount form my nose for the VIP brand name for sure to recv good services. Please look into the matter.

                                            Please arrange to replace the bag as its fabric is worn out and if it is repaired it will lost its originality... Also during time of repairs how will i manage my laptop and other essentials to keep... Either i replace the bag otherwise i will bound to file a case in consumer court to get justice and compensation
                                            I have purchased VIP trolley bag from CSD canteen.
                                            Its two of four wheels are not working.
                                            Kindly suggest the procedure and repair solutions. I live in Delhi/Anand vihar.

Now last two month my item lock damaged and i have already complain against my suitcase at jalandhar city (Vip suitcase, shop no 39, jalandhar city). Now the problem is their no any action taken from shop keeper due to my location away appx 8 to 10 km. And i am also unable to visit the shop due to my duty.                                                     Hello., my name is fred and reasons for me to meet this page is to inform how is this store is been running at the wrong way. Me and my wife walked i this morning to buy our hot chocolate from the machine and there's few sections and options to select your own taste, well we all know what's between chocolates and vanilla and other hot drinks one of the employer tried to convince me that it was chocolate what i was really drinking, i told him? No this is not chocolate so i went to the counter to explain how the gentlemen had mix the powder drink and how he tried to talk me out of my idea that his intentions was not working with me. The section of chocolate was no longer available, i said? Why didn't you order more this is not the way to run a business at all.in this text i would love to drink my chocolate every morning why is anyone attending this store the right way that's very sad please attend this store this persons are very rude and lying elements. Thank you for your attention.

                                                      Sir/madam... This is to bring under your kind notice that i bought vip suitcase on 3rd october2016 from vip lounge. Khosla store.47 b. Khan market new delhi 110003 model richmond 4wexp strolly 69 cm. Seriak number nw_cf16nj169162. Inspected by qc/001 with 5 year intrnational warranty. I was told by shopkeeper that this is the latest bridal bag with best sturdy fabric. But to my surprise it got torn in first flight on 9th october2016. Very poor quality.

                                                        I got this VIP bag in 2007. Got it replaced as it was defective..Used it 4 to 5 times and kept it in my storage. Pulled it out after 5 years for washing and guess what?!! Opened the chain underneath and found the plastic padding disintegrated! Now whole bag is useless! Never expected this from leading Indian brand! My family had been using their bags since decades..They had good quality then. But seeing what i saw today, my trust with VIP has completely vanished.
                                                        I called them up and they told they can repair it and charge me 600 Rs..And I have to travel 40 KMs to get this fixed. Why to charge when its the fault of VIP to have used inferior quality material for making these bags and charging us premium for it!
                                                        In future I won't buy a VIP product.

                                                          My son(16 years old) has purchased a VIP ALPHA (Victor strolly 57)from Quality House Andherdeo Jabalpur on 02/10/2015 but shopkeeper has not given cash memo and warranty card.I personally visited for the same but he has refused.I inquire the prices of the article in the market and found that it was RS 1700 but he has taken Rs 2100
                                                          I purchase caprese bag from vip store i want exchange that bag i not use it but because of rain n my liitle child i can't go exchange in 3 days soo pls i want to exchange that bag al store gave minimum 7 days exchange so hope ur vip store gave good response to customers
