VI P suitcases costing Rs 8000 and above are trimmed with faux leather to make them look better. However this disintegrated with time.
There is no way of replacing it and the company says it cannot be repaired.
The rest of the bag is I. Good condition but cannot be used as it looks very shabby.

Wastage of personal money and creation of global garbage due to company using sub standard material.

We have bought the vip bags as on 21.11.2021 for rs 6311.18 from their store in elante and they gave us the offer that on purchase of rs. 6000 or above one night stay in five star hotel is allowed. but the company is not responsive in not their offer as when i have fill out the details the company site is not responsive. i have made many mails and phone calls and they said that it cannot be done from company end . and also it gets not done...

It is a recent purchase. Haven't been used a single time. It was kept unused after purchase, but while recently when used for packing found a crack which is shown in photo. I assure you that it is not a case of abuse as the trolley bag has not been used even once which can be verified also. This is a serious product issue from reputed brand like VIP.
Product comes with a 5 yr warranty and crack developed within 2 months only.
