This is in reference with above cited subject. I had submitted all required claim document to your office as per your mail dated15 may 2017 my claim is rejected. And mentioning the reason that "as per the terms and conditions, one year waiting period for joint replacement. Is applicable.
This is to bring to your kind notice my policy is jain international organization from since aug 2016 and jio policy terms and conditions not mentioned hip replace ment charges not applicable. So my claim applide properly.
So requesting to you please open my policy and send my claim immidate.
