[Resolved]  Vipul Med Corp — Delay in claim settlement

i have a mediclaim policy with max bupa ins co, policy no 2096482. there was a claim all nessary paper are sent to tpa vipul med corp on 10 june 2014. in gurgaon. there is no reply itill now.whether they recieved or not. i have admit my mother to network hospital and inform 2 insurance company and TPA by email. Still worst tei nos of tpa and insurance co just rings but no one pick the tel. Since last 3 days continuesly call for at lreat 2 to 3 hours but just no responce, pl let me know how does one contact them. when will my claim be paid. treat this most most urgent
