Viradeal — mask

I sent the package back in mint condition and very securely from uk, i tracked it to the point they received it and signed for it, after me emailing them on its arrival they wrote one last time say if all good a refund will be processed, ive got back 3 times now and its silence! I feel i need to get the police in their town to investigate, im not sure of my chances, paypal has opened a dispute, i had maria powell in charge all this time, does she even exist?
