Viral Deals — did not receive the order confirmation after online payment is done

Hi Team,

I have tried ordering the hair straightener through the advertisement from Facebook of Viral deals. The payment is done through the google pay today morning. Later the web page was not available. Till now did not get the confirmation on the product order and got a call from viral deals, even they are not ready to understand the situation and disconnected the call . The response was very pathetic. Also requested through email, till now did not get any reply.

Please look into it.
