I have sent an email complaining that the electric duster pro sent to me is not working. I had also expressed my desire to return the product and requested for refund. As i do not have the address of viral deals to return the product, i have been requesting from august 19, 2019 to send me the postal address - both through e-mails and phone.

Getting across to customer care is a herculean task as the number is most the times out of reach. And when the phone connects, the staff make fresh demands each time. The last call was made by me on august 29, 2019 requesting to send the address but till today i have not had a response. Each time a different person picks up the call and each gives a different answer.

I have sent pictures of the product as requested by the staff.

Kindly send the address to which the product is to be returned and also refund the money.
