I have received this consignment through shiprocket (Awb no.[protected]

I received this product in broken condition and is not usable. I have paid cash of rs 2100/- for this product. I already sent pictures to company on their mail id [protected]@viraldeals.in. I am trying to call them on their phone (# [protected]) however i am not getting any response from them.

I need refund for my money.
