I have received your product artic air cooler model no: 17013 completely broken. Water was coming out only lights work. I want to return

Product damaged. Box torn. Dust all over the product. This is deliberately done. Seems like a group of people are running this show and must be bought to justice.

Have paid 1098 for the product via cod.
No courier company is open now.

Even the box has been torn and damaged. Product was in a total mess. It was broken at 2 different places. The product was delivered almost after 1.5 months of the date of placing the order. No communication in between about the new delivery date was sent by the company.

The spray handle itself is broken and the it also seems to be a used product as it has mud & dust all over it

I had ordered star shower motion laser light from Viraldeals.com which was supplied to me through Impulse e-commerce Mubarikpur Mohali on 1st of January. When I opened the outer cover the box containing the laser light was in a very mutilated condition and closed by applying many cello tapes. Not only that one nut bolt of light was lying outside the light box in outer cover.When I opened the box the light was broken and not working. I immediately contacted the phone number given on the cover [protected] and told them about the condition of light supplied to me. He told me to send the complaint by email. I sent the email with photos of box. I received mail on 3rd January in which I was asked to send photo of outer cover which I sent on 3rd January 2020. On 6th Jan I again contacted that I have not received any reply so far. I was told to wait and assured e me that defective light will be replaced.I again contacted on 7th Jan and the lady on phone me to wait . When I told her that yesterday also I was given the same reply and I have been cheated and given broken light then she said that email has been sent. When I read the mail I was shocked to read that it was written that there is no policy of return pick up where as when I bought the light it was clearly written that hassle free return.
I request you to please look into the matter and get me justice as I have been cheated by the company.

Actually I ordered hair straightener at viral deals.Afterwards I came to know that something is fishy about this. So I decided to cancel the order and I was trying to cancel my order but the order only not found in that online shopping cart.i mailed them to cancel my order even though no there is no response from that side.please help out from this issue.

They dont have any customer care support service. Always it says busy.. Then how can i contact them.. I want to cancel my order but they dont have any cencel option. They promising me cash back is return.. Then they are cheating me.. Instead of giving my amount they said i purchase another one product. Finally i want my refund money.
They dont send any intimation about the order. Then how can we know about the product is arrive or not

I have ordered for handy stitching machine on 03/12/2019 at around 10.42 am.

When we removed the product from the pack & i was astonished to found the said product in damaged condition.

The product in the webpage and the product i received are completely different.it seems to be the product is not original.in website it has given that if we pay online, 500rs will be paid back but still i haven't received any cashback.i have searched online there is no 7 days hair growth serum label without ginger picture.my id is SS16857.the serum inside smells like vim gel.

I recieved the product it was full of scratches and looked like it's used. It also looks very unhygienic. The packet it came in was also torn and crushed and they taped it together with cello tape. I received this product in broken condition and is not usable. I have paid cash of rs 2100/- for this product. I already sent pictures to company on their mail id [protected]@viraldeals.in. I am trying to call them on their phone (# [protected]) however i am not getting any response from them.

I need refund for my money.

I ordered the hair brush straightner i recieved after seven days and when it came the brush was chipped and broken from top. I paid cash on delivery and i would like to return it back and expecting to get a fresh one in if it s not replaced i am not going to order anything in future. And also fule a police complaint regarding this issue i have paid 1129 for it. Expecting a quick response.

I ordered a ultrasonic slimming unit on january 3 2019 along with 1 year warranty. It is now february 13 2019 and still no merchandise. I send emails all i get is computer generated responses. When i track my order number i'm told its in transit. No united states phone number and they won't cancel my order either. Will or can someone help me out on what to do next. I think i have been scammed.

When i email them, i get the same email back from them over and over, and they never answer my request for instructions on how to return the item. I've been scammed over $200 by this company.

The cost was $149.94 with out taxes and shipping the total can to $204.65.
