I had booked Redmi Note 4 (64GB 4 GB) mobile online on 8th July 2018 through SBI netbancking. I had received SMS for booking ref. [protected] on my mobile No. [protected]. I had mentioned my e-mail also i.e. [protected]@gmail.com. But till date no information/reply received from your fake company (website - Viraldeal Luck by chance). It is therefore, requested to check whether the mobile has been despatched to me or otherwise.

Also inform me on my mobile and my e-mail also. IF the mobile instrument is not available the amount may please be return back to meand deposit the same in my SBI, OFV Branch A/c No. [protected] IFSC Code: SBIN0004819 please.

Updated by Suresh Bhavsar I had booked Redmi Note 4 (4GB 64 GB) through online and payment also made on 8th July, 2018 through SBI netbanking. Order No. [protected]. But till dte no reply has been received from Viraldeal on my mail i.e. [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly arrange to send details on my mail otherwise my amount Rs. 2749/- may please be refund immediately and deposit in my SBI A/c No. [protected] IFSC Code is SBIN0004819.
