I did registration of my office space in Tower A of the WTC in GIFT City Gandhinagar more than an year ago.Eversince, company has been charging for maintenance but there have been no response regarding the leasing.We have given authorization to WTC for leasing on our behalf and hence cannot do anything except for builders response..Everytime we approach them, we get the response that the tower A leasing is almost 75%complete and they are negotiating with some companies.Need advice on whether should we approach RERA and lodge complaint with them. Instead of writing here on an online public forum, I would suggest you write to them on their complaints email. I am sure you will receive a response from the company. And your problem might get resolved. Writing here on any other public forum won't help at all. In case you do not have their email address, you can visit their website http://connectwtcnoida.org.
