Vishal Mega Mart — complaint about staff behaviour for return items | |||
I purchased clothes from gurdaspur, punjab store on 2-10-19. Today my husband went for exchange and the billing staff dropped one item during billing n did not bill it. Then he tokd to get one more item as 400 rs. Was balance afterwards when he saw that he had dropped one item, he then told now you have to pay for this. He was not ready to return the extra purchased item. And was frequently telling that it was my husband's fault. He argued a lot with my husband. I am very much annoyed with his behaviour. He intentionally made my husband wait for long time for rebilling. I will never visit your store in future nor i will recommend anyone to shop from vishal mega mart. Worst service ever.
