Billing staff member language is unformal with customer. Infact, he is short tempered and ready to beat customer.
I am very angry bcoz it happened with me, and others customers was supporting me. I was extremely upset by the treatment i received and i will certainly not be shopping in your supermarket again. I hope that you will improve your staff training methods, and that your staff will be more polite and helpful to customers from now on.
This incident is happened today on 11 july 2017.
