Vishal Mega Mart — Complaint against rude staff and price is more as print in hapur

I am writing this to bring to your attention for Staff behaviour and Price is not updated in Vishal Mega store Hapur UP.
1. I have visited Vishal mega store on 27 Nov 25, Miss Taniya Vasishtha behaviour is rude and unprofessional. I purchased the item in your store and paid the bill . She charged Rs 100 .00 (one hundred more). She told me that I have return the money but she did not return the money. She told me that I will check and return to you. But she could not return the money, she told me that money is not access. I say ok..
2. Again, I visited to Vishal mega mart on 01 Dec 25. I have purchased the item in your store. Mr Mohit is billing the item, then I checked and found he charged amount more than printing. some item taken back. I have paid my bill and found one is charged more than print rate.
I experienced very disrespectful and arrogant behaviour your staff.
