Vishal Mega Mart — complaint on defective black kurti

I brought kurti from palampur vishal megamart cloth section.. And i got defective piece... The kurti was from mavie black in color... And their empoyees told me that the return policy is within 15 days... When i said that i want to change... They said your date for returning was over.
Well, my bill was on the date of 1 november 2019... I don't have bill right now.. And today 16 november 2019 which means today is last date till the 12am..
And employees were very rude and if they can't deal with customer in polite way than how we buy the accessories.. And they have no right to talk with their customer in rude behavior...
It's there fault that they hanged the defective in showroom... Only the employees have a right to check it properly and than hanged
I never seen any type of showroom with defective things...
It's very shameful thing... Please make sure next time it won't happened
Please, a huge request that please tell to be in polite way...
And i m afraid, and also if they deleted my bill from computer system... Bcoz i don't have that... But there were a camera recording... If you want to check that...
I want my money back or same size of kurti
