Vishal Mega Mart — Customer dissatisfaction inside shopping complex

Vishal mega mark, durgapuri delhi-32, very worst service for customer, no ac was running and no ventilation on ist, 2nd and 3rd floor, due to suffogation any one customer cant do their shopping properly. Today I was visited with my family for purching monthly groceries and other shopping to the same branch but due to no ventilation and no availability of ac running, survival of more than 5 minutes were very difficult. Other than me other customer also exists from the shopping complex without billing and without shopping,
When I was discussed the same with branch manager Mr. Vikash, he told me it is not under my control.

Kindly let me know if customer will feel uncomfortable in mall also, how vishal win the customer faith.
Sorry to say that from today I decided not to do any shopping from vishal and inform all known to avoid the same .
