Vishal Mega Mart — Denial of refunding amount due to delayed claim

Kindly find attached herewith refund slip, as i have refunded some item on 27th june, but due to my busy schedule i couldn't able to get refund in last two months.
Yesterday when i went to vishal megamart, the manager flatly refused to adjust rs 398 with my new bill of rs 2000 plus.
