Vishal Mega Mart — First Cropp Namkeen

I bought first cropp namkeen from vishal megamart bikaner but may be cash counter boy replaced the item by mistakely & scanned the same item for bill. Now as my mom getting that product was not which we choosed that time . Now when i contacted the manager named bhomaram - he totally misbehaved & not supported. He is totally rude with me & not ready to listen my concern . A manager cant behave with these type of misbehave. My product was in open & well conditioned . Also it was weighted & found correct by counter boy. I also requested to them for adjust it for extra cost but No, he was so rude to listen. This is totally disoppointing . Hereby i request you to help me & take action.
