Vishal Mega Mart — Forgot an item

Today I visited the vishal mega mart mamura sec-65-66, Noida branch, there I purchased two steel glasses which I paid the full amount but the billing person forgot to add it in my bag. By coming home I checked so the glasses were missing, I paid the full amount of that. Can I get my item back by showing the bill of that item to the store or billing person?
