Vishal Mega Mart — jacket in damaged condition | |||||
I did shopping from vishal mega mart, karol bagh, delhi on 1st january 2019. On january 7, 2019, i realised that the jacket was defected when i put my hands in the pocket. Having the tags intact, i decided to exchange the jacket purchased for ₹599 for a non-defected one. I went to the cash counter but i was denied for exchange or return. It was told to me that the slip which was generated is not eligible to get my money back and was accused of falsely blaming the store. It is highly disappointing to experience something like this from a reputed store like the vishal mega mart. I request you to solve my issue or else the faith of another loyal customer would be lost.
