Sir, on October 5, has cut my 140 rupees in Kangra Vishal mega Mart, he has not returned to me balance. Please refund my balance. Mega mega Mart are collect me payment online or cash both. Vishal mega Mart worker say that your balance will be refunded 24 hour but not refund my balance. I need money please refund my balance
