Vishal Mega Mart — Misbehave by staff when wanted to exchange some product | |||||
This is jyoti juneja, i made purchasing of some around[protected]/- on 6th april 2016, with few product i had size issue, i went on saturday i told them i have lost bill but tag n everything is there, they denied that its saturday not psbl, i came back, when went today ur guard was very rude, then i given my no. At counter for bill no. Then ater getting it mr satyendra raj chandra started blaming me that ur no is wrong its ur mistake u should have checked. N starting talking rude giving threatening that camera is on, i agree camera is on n watching but not listening, so this kind of pleasure i had with vishal mega mart, u should write there that for everything customer is responsible, this was my last visit to vishal mega mart . This complaint is also not valuable for u people, u will listen to ur staff, not an issue, i have left all product at ur branch only sector 7, keep it as gift from my side, Jyoti juneja [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
