Vishal Mega Mart — misbehave by the staff not having change. | |||
Sir, I am a good consumer in your reputed shopping mall since long time. I went to your shopping mall located central road, silchar, assam-788001. On 12/02/2019 at around 6.15pm and had collected 1 item from third floor. After that i went to your billing counter for billing purpose. I was there with a rs. 500 note as i don't have change for payment then your counter personnel told me not possible to give change in this counter so you have to go ground floor counter. Then i went to ground floor counter for billing when i reached just to counter (Counter no.49) the counter personnel told me the same thing he can’t give change of rs.500. Then i feel it is my dishonored because why they not told earlier to take change before entering the mall. Even they do not mention my mobile number in the bill so that i could get loyalty points. *the mentioned number in the the bill is not mine. Lastly one advice it’s better to hang a banner like, “please do not enter in vishal mega mart if you do not have change” Therefore i request you for necessary action because this bad behavior was un - expected from your reputed organization.
