I would like to file a complaint about the misbehaving, misleading and rude behaviour of the cashier mainly the head cashier when I complain about an unsuccessful UPI transaction refund. The incident occurred today at Vishal Mega Mart Tezpur, Assam situated at Kacharigaon. When my wife paid the bill amount of 428/- through UPI the amount have been deducted from her bank account but your store cashier said the transaction was not successful and said to pay the bill amount in cash when I asked about a refund they told me to complain at the bank. But it's the store's mistake and the store had to provide me with any valid document to file a refund if it happened so. It's not about only 428 bucks but mostly misbehaviour, misleading and rude behaviour of head cashier with customer mainly disrespectful with women. Provide me satisfactorily resolution and apology or otherwise, I will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
