I visited VMM - Vaishali on August 15th and was standing in the que for billing but a gentleman came in who was known to the that billing counter executive and got manged to billed the items without Que. When I tried to inform the Floor Manager about this incident the reply was - "So What" and started shouting on the floor which was never expected from a responsible person like Floor Manager. I warned him about this complaint and he was OK with it. It seems they have no fear of customer's complaint and running their own rules. You guys prefer your known and relatives over your customer. So please open a separate billing counter for those. Please do not think that customer are fools. Your business for this particular unit has already gone down to half. From two floors to one floor but still your team is not open to accept feedback which is sad. I'll escalate this on every social networking platform to make people aware not to visit your Vaishali Unit until you fire illiterate and third grade people from there.
