Vishal Mega Mart — no exchange after known the material is factory defective | |||
I have purchase opal coffee mug 6pc (Article code : [protected]) from vishal mega mart ponta sahib ward no-5, shamsherpur, near i. T. I, paonta-sahib, distt-sirmour, himachal pradesh-173025 & it's bill no:[protected] at time 21:08:12. When i opened at my home. I saw that product have manufacturing issue. For this complain & exchange purpose when i reach vishal mega mart paonta-sahib. Then its manager says why are you not check at the time of purchase. So i am saying product was closed through polythene so i am not check but manager says no exchange because my second product are not sell when i exchange. So not exchange & said go from store. I am very disappointed from this. So i am talking decision to i am not purchase any item in any vishal mega mart. I am relailble customer from long time but this time i am very disappointed. First time in my life I have seen this type of company.
