Vishal Mega Mart — Not providing valid offers and arguing with customers for hiding their mistakes

I have got a message on my mobile number from vishal mega mart that you will get a discount on purchasing any item from vishal mega mart, during billing I had shown the message to the counter manager and he said that yes it is valid you will get some discount but after the bill was made he sad that this offer (message one) will be given if you purchase tomorrow, when I complained about this to the head manager, the manager and the biller both misbehaved with me and the biller started blaming me only, firstly he said that I showed him the message after billing, secondly he started saying that you have not shown any message. In this whole matter there was the biggest fault of the manager and the biller, and I feel that day by day this mart is becoming the worst in services and its varieties of things
