[Resolved] Vishal Mega Mart — not suitable response by store head manager and cashier | |||
Dear Sir/Madam with reference to the above mention subject in this regards before 2 days we purchased some appraisal and our item at the time of billing when we discuss with our reward points to deduct at the time of billing then the cashier reply that for you reward point you can shopping only in afternoon 2-4 PM. but when we see in every area of Mall than we found that this type of term & condition not maintain any ware after not receiving suitable reply from cashier regarding Reward point we have not discuss of Gift Voucher of Rs-500.00/- to the cashier and billing our purchasing products. After that when we discuss with the member of Member desk regarding gift Voucher and reward point then they replied that at time of bill why you could not discuss with cashier and burn your reward point and benefit of gift voucher. After that when we discussed with Mr. Praduyaman Ji ( Store Head) regarding the above mention matter and request him to clear this matter then he can not reply properly and can not solve this matter and also not assure me regarding mistake of cashier. Except when we are demanding for complain register for this type of cheat then he wait me & my family member ( with 9-10 month child) approx 15 minute and after that he provide me visitor's Suggestion Book (Airplaza Retail Holding Pvt Ltd) not provide complaint register. When I says that I want only complaint register to registered my complain then he replied that we are not maintained any type of complaint register in our mall. when I says that it is compulsory as per Consumer Act and we will complain to your head office regarding not satisfying reply from your side then he replied that sure you can do. They were not feeling and type of guilty or mistake. After all above happened we offered that when we purchased some other appraisal more than 500.00/- rs then they can benefit of our Gift Voucher in our next bill in same day. Than they can not agree for this. After a long discussion with you desk member we are not satisfying. From last 1 year we are regularly shopping form Vishal Mega Mart. But this time we are very disappointed from the behaviour of Staff member and Store head.
