Vishal Mega Mart — poor service

I have bought products from vishal mega mart, ferozepur punjab (13.10.19, bill no:[protected] from counter no.4) i asked him for carry bag. He gave me carry bag but charged a new bill (Bill no:[protected] worth rs. 14.
I am really disappointed from your service that we buy products from your market but we have to carry our own bags. Even a small shopkeeper provide his own bag without any cost. What's the advantage of buying products from your market if we carry our own bag? You must gave your own bag free of cost.
I just want my money back that i gave for bag and advice you for providing free bags for better result.
