Vishal Mega Mart — product not working

The tandem iron we bought worked well for almost 3-4 days but after that one day while i was ironing the clothes the automatic light stopped but it was a usual thing as it stops when overheated but it stopped working after that. I thought may be the electricity is on inverter so it stopped but there was nothing like that. I even tried one day after but it did not work after that incident. So please process as soon as possible.
