Vishal Mega Mart — Product was damaged and they did not refund | |||
My name is Deepa Goswami, resident of Dibrugarh. I bought a black palazzo from Vishal Mega Mart Dibrugarh on 9th of January. After coming home I found the Palazzo was damaged. I went to return it on 12th of January. But they did not exchange it nor return my money back. This is not the way a customer should be treated. Mr Ritu Nath (ASA), also didn't respond well. There was no willingness from his side to solve our problem. We are regular customer of Vishal Mega mart, and didn't expect this from his side. Kindly address our problem as soon as possible and give us a solution so that no one is at loss. Any amount of money is hard earned. No one should face this kind of humiliation for things bought from their own hard earned money.. Was this information helpful? | |||
