I am a routine customer of vishal mega mart. I like to make shopping here. But, today, i have faced such embarrassing situation in this store that, your manager of nagpur outlet has no manners how to deal with the customer. Today, i complained a product (Chess board game) to exchange it but he said no. I told him i am not happy with this product please exchange it but he ignored my request and not well behaved and did not exchange my product so, i kept my product over the store as it is. And i purchased the product on same day and ask for exchange on same day then also he didn't consider my request to exchange of product. So kindly take action regarding this. Thank you! The store of Shillong branch of Vishal Mega Mart is highly in need of maintenance. The odour inside and the mess of the stuff are not in good shape. Plastics and cartoon box are scattered. The odour inside is suffocating. The price is friendly though.
