Vishal Mega Mart — raincoat leaked

I purchased a raincoat from your vishal megamart but the rain coat is leaked & water is inside the body.
When i return the rain coat to your outlet he told there is no warranty on raincoat.
I request to you re turn my rain coat immediately otherwise i will be go to complaint consumer forum
