Its is brought to your notice that on 26.1.2025 vide Bill No. HI[protected] ( Bill enclosed) I have purchased certain household things from your chotta shimla store amounting to Rs. 6565. While making the transaction from my debit card the transaction for the said amount was declined at the POS terminal so i opted for another source of payment i.e through UPI from my another linked bank account . However through UPI the payment of Rs 6565 was successful. I again asked the Cashier Sh. Rakesh Kumar about my failed transaction from debit card. But he assured that the money if deducted will be transferred to your bank account within the period of 24 to 48 hour. In the meantime i checked my bank account related to my debit card and found that amount of Rs 6565 has also been deducted from my account ( copy of bank statement is enclosed). Today i again visited the mart and discussed the whole issue with Store Manager namely Gurpreet Singh but he was not paying any kind of serious attention to my issue and kept on saying that it is the fault on the bank side. “Apko bank k against complaint krni chaiye ki vo apko cooperate nhi kar rhe” . This kind of statement from the store manager defines his non professional attitude towards the customer which should be checked and strict action should be taken against him. Moreover no response from customer care executives. They are unable to address my griveance seems they are sitting to fool their customers.
Therefore, In view of above i would request you to kindly refund my Rs 6565 which has been charged twice from me for the same bill
