Vishal Mega Mart — regarding replacement

I have made shopping of 2000 rs on 25 jan18. On counter at the timing of check out i came to know that there is hole in one piece. Then cashier make the credits bill. My orginal bill have been taken. Now i came to home my one child cloth piece is taken mistakenly of 2_3 yr instead of 5_6 y. I came back for replacement. But the manager has rudely denied. He said that you have no bill whereas bill has been already taken. And said your will is one time used whereas it is by defect than and there. This type of service will definitely restrict me for shopping in vishal mega mart in future.

I have 150 reward points and today's d last day validity of these point and today due to some internet problem did not use my points and he said that this is last day why r coming on the last day..when u hv recieved this reward msg before..
