Dear sir,
Today I went to your Vishal mega mart, chinhat, Lucknow, 226028, phone number [protected].
I made shopping of an amount RS 5342.25+28.00.
It is very unfortunate to state that your staff behavior was almost rude and never friendly.
The cashier not only took a lot of time at the payment counter but also he was arguing badly.He counted twice all the items purchased & taken no care whether any delicate items are being crushed/ damaged!
The security personnel on the main gate repeated same thing very carelessly. These people were seem to be having no care if any customer lodges complaints against them!!
Please look into this matter so as such behavior may not be repeated again and again.
