Vishal Mega Mart — staff behavior & point redemption

I am rambilash thakur, i am your loyal customer of your jaitpur outlet
Whenever i asked to your staff for point redemption every time they all refused they all give only excuses for that.

They don't care any customers service.
When i visit there last time i was shocked when your staff saying your all points has been expired.

I need my point back

I have purchased a jacket 5 days ago.but I have lost my bill.after 2 days I tried the jacket, and it was very loose, so I wanted to exchange it.but I don't have my bill.what are the other options.kindly help
I purchased by mistake kitchenmate cling flim in place of aluminum foil vide bill no.[protected] date 08/11/18 from Arambagh branch. I wanted to purchase aluminum foil and wanted to pay extra amount. But manager Mr. Paramanand refused. As a faithful customer It hurts me. It's not fair. There should be some means to change the items.
