Vishal Mega Mart — Tandem gas stove damaged and customer service not respond

Respected Sir /Madam, On 9th April 2022, I had bought a stove (Tandem ) from noida Vishal Mega Mart. It's big burner is not working on minimum. I request to replace my stove as soon as possible as it's a matter of safety(gas leak). Now customer care is not responding. I just want my Hard earned money back. Take away the product.We would like to inform you that your complaint has been registered with our service team .My complaint number is JET[protected].No service engineer will contact me. I am waiting 12 April n many times call but only tell wait 24 hrs then our team call back.plz I request it is safety issue for my family n me.plz resolve my problem.there was very poor and worst facility provide .
