I purchased tandem steam iron from an outlet of Vmart in gumanpura where I initially confirmed the process of customer service before purchasing the iron...at that time the executive told me that if I face any issue with the product I have to bring it to v mart with the bill after that they will send email and get approval for the exchange of the product... But when it happened and I found a major fault in the product... the spayed in the iron for steaming was not working at all..And took it to Vmart .. the customer executive told me that it's working already I told him to demonstrate me that how is it working and then he started the iron inserted water in it and when he saw it's not working at all he told me that this is how it works... The water was just dripping down from the bottom of the iron and the executive(Bhuvnesh soni kotri kota vmart) was saying that this is how it sprays then I showed his a video from YouTube about the working of that iron... Then he went silent and told me to complain on the customer care number on the product box... This was the worst experience I ever faced in a Vmart outlet kindly provide me a solution and I want the refund of my purchase as it is just waste of my time and money... Kindly help..!!!
