Vishal Mega Mart — They not exchanged my product

Yesterday I purchased amount of rs 2000 and today I couldn't exchanged my product.they cheated me and also misc guide me .I m a regular customer of Vishal.but for today incident I never go there and make sure non of my colleague, friends, relatives not visit there any more.not satisfactory their services and behaviour.
