Following are my complaint details
1. One staff calling another staff but non of them listening properly
2. Senior staff or managers is not taken a proper steps to a resolved issues. like if the card swiping machine is not working then no one is caring and try to resolve
3. Billing staff is not maintaining proper queue rule for billing, they are taking items for billing from different ways and who is standing in a queue waiting for a long time. Was this information helpful? |
