Vishal Mega Mart — very bad and humiliating behave from your staff | |||
On 26th september 2018, i visited to your lal kuan branch ghaziabad, during which i was trying a sweat shirt and the cable tie of price tag of the shirt broke. And there was a deaf guard sitting outside the trial room, i dont know what he said to the man standing on the first checkout counter and he was behaving so badly they sad it is not broken by mistake, you did it intentionally and you want to thief it etc etc. He was not ready to listen anythimh i told him that i am going to buy it still he was behaving badly I told them i am going to buy this shirt and it all happend by mistake and i am going to buy it coz its size is fitting me. But instead of they the continue their humiliation and drama in front of many people. Then mr deepak came manager of store and then he told him to leave and then bought that shirt. I am not going to vishal mega mart ever and neither i suggest any one to go the vishal mega mart at any branch Very pathetic response and very ill behavior from you. My tandem 3 burner LP gas stove is well within the warranty period of 3 years.It shows lower flame height with luminous flame.l had lodged complaint in this regard vide complaint no[protected] to customer care.Mechanic of the franchise at Bhubaneswar attended several times but failed to repair.I strongly demand to replace the stove at the earliest.
