Dear sir, I have purchased juicer mixer grinder from your outlet on 16-aug-15. Now liquidizing jar has leakage and the same i have informed on 23-jun-16 at vishal mega mart rewari customer care team physically. Customer care person reply me first you have to raise concern on toll free no then you will come at outlet. But during purchasing of juicer they said if any problem during warranty period you directly came here and we will solve the problem. Moreover i called customer care no which is mentioned on warranty card but there is no response and no one pick my phone.[protected] & [protected]) The purchasing details are as give below:- Bill no : 299/90500000/7758 dated 16-aug-15 Product name : tandem juicer mixer grinder Model no : jmg 14002 Now request to you please solve my concern (Replace jar) as soon as possible. I am at vishal mega mart Dibrugarh. .I wanted to go to washroom. ...However washroom was closed and security as well as all other workers said they can't open it due to non availability of water. ..washroom is a primary requirement for customers in such a bigreat store..Please take care of basic requirement of customers. ..
