Vishnu Cars Private Limited — Service center not responding | |||||
Dear Sir, I am writing this complaint regarding service from Maruti Suzuki service center in Neyveli.I left the car to them for 20K service and after 20 days while i was driving the car suddenly stopped and i noticed that engine oil fully drained out.At the time of service they have not fixed the drain bolt properly and the company accepted its fault and also said they will repair it for free of charge.Now it is more than 3 weeks they have not finished and i dont get a proper response from them and most important thing is they have send the Engine to third party garage.Car is new Swift BS6 model and have run only 20K.when it stopped after that the engine was unable to crank and upto me the engine should have been Seized.But they are not saying the truth and they have send the engine to repair from third party garage.How can i accept a seized engine repaired which has run only 20K when the fault fully was from the service done by them.Also how could the service center send the engine to third party garage outside the Maruti service center.I hope that i can get a solution after sending this complaint.Pls take action at the earliest possible. Rs. 9149 spent but very bad service, no work done on scratches and also asked to dry water drops inside one of the doom light was not done.
Water wash was not done, he said some reason and asked me to come next week. But atleast should have cleaned the car inside bonet parts, engine and other parts was not done.
I am really felt that I wasted my money by giving service here.
